Developing future leaders
If you aspire to develop your career in leadership and management, we’re keen to help you. The management journey will first take you through our Managing People Programme (ILM Level 3). Next is our Leading People Programme (ILM Level 5). Ultimately, you can join a business-unit specific Senior Managers Programme.
We back up our leadership training with further resources such as: mentoring, health and wellbeing support, and access to the Ashridge Business School’s online resource centre.
We are an apprenticeship levy paying firm
Keen to address a nation-wideskill shortage , the UK government has introduced an apprenticeship levy charged to businesses such as ours. The government ring-fences this levy so that it can only be used to pay for approved training that forms part of the new apprenticeship standards.
